Outdoor solar lights can be a charming addition to your garden or patio
In the garden well placed lights along a walkway, or amongst the planets can give a very relaxed feeling
to a garden when dusk falls. Outdoor solar lights can be the easy way to achieve this.
Outdoor solar lighting works by the battery in the light being charged during the day. This is done
by a solar panel ontop of the light that converts the suns light to electricity. Then as dusk falls a sensor
on the light detects the fall in light and the light is switched on.
The solar lights can be easily placed in the garden by pushing them intothe ground, just make sure
they are in a position that receives a lot of light during the day. The batteries will usually have enough
power in them for 6- 12 hours if well charges
Another use for solar power in the garden is with a
solar powered fountain or use a
solar powered security
light.
